FAQs

How many photos/videos/prints can I have during my events?

Unlimited photos/videos/prints! You will also be provided with an online gallery of all content taken throughout the event.

How long does it take to set up the booth?

Allow an hour for set up and an hour for pack down.

Will there be someone to help us operate the booth?

Yes, we will have someone from our team on site for the whole time the booth is hired.

Dimensions and space requirements

For the photo booth station we need at least 10 by 10 feet and access to a single power point and level ground. In addition, our backdrops require a height of at least 8 feet.

For the 360 Video Booth Platform we need 12x12 feet and access to a single power point and level ground.

When should I make my reservation?

We highly recommend you make your booking as soon as you have a date for your event in mind.

Is the setup included in the packages?

The booth is set up an hour before the run time starts and is all included in the cost. If you book a 3 hour package, that is 1 hour for setup and 3 hours of run time.
